Wonderful experience with the entire team from the Charlottesville location. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and take great care of their customers. Installers even came back to help loosen the door for the smart lock to auto lock without having to pull the door while locking. Highly recommend!

I just bought a house in VA & all of the windows were painted over & just not functional. I called for a consultation & there was NO pressure at all; he never even brought the contract into my home until I said I wanted to move forward. I was given all prep instructions in advance & the installation was flawless. The team that came called with an ETA once they loaded up, they were on time, and FAST! When they were done, I was given clear instructions for everything, a demonstration on how everything works, and all of my warrantee information. They left the inside and outside of my house spotless. You would never even know I had work done. Y’all are amazing, thank you SO much for everything!

From Salesman to install, everything was above my expectations and my expectations are very high. They did our windows and siding years ago in our main house. I can’t speak highly enough about this company and the wonderful gentlemen who installed our windows. We had to have 12 windows installed to our whole house so they gave us a timeframe of two days. Manny and his whole crew were beyond professional and got the whole job done within 6 hours. Everyone was so kind and explained everything before I could even ask it. The windows were perfect and this crew of gentleman should be working on everyone’s house because they are truly THE BEES KNEES!!
We had our new bathroom window installed Monday by Manny and the crew. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. The guys took the time to keep the dust and debris down to a minimum. They cleaned up everything around the job and left it in imaculate condition.I had another window company that begins with a “p” and ends in “a”they were terrible I’m still having a problem with my front door installation. Do yourself a favor and go right to Window Depot and have them install your windows. They will do an outstanding job.

Great company! Being a buisiness owner myself I expect to to get what I pay for and quality products. This company delivers. Installers were professional and left my place clean like they found it. Not the cheapest company out there but you get what you pay for.

An absolute 5 Star experience from the initial Window Depot sales consultation to the actual Window Depot job . Last bay window leaked like the river Nile and the responsiveness of Window Depot was phenomenal. The new window is in! What a fine job! The crew that came out was an absolute pleasure to work with. If I had any complaint, it would be that they worked steadily until the job was complete and wouldn’t even take a break to accept hot chocolate and baked stuff. I simply can’t say enough . . . Just had our windows installed by Window Depot. The team communicated well whenever they needed to and showed up on time for measurements and the install days. We even got our windows a little sooner than we expected! Their install guys were cordial and they cleaned up the project very well.
Windows and Sliding doors were perfect and installers took their time and made everything seamless.

I would definitely recommend Window Depot! It was a great experience from the initial sales representative visit to my new windows installation! There was never at any time the pressure to buy, and the availability of replacement window options was completely explained including the installation process. The crew that installed my new windows were extremely professional, respectful of my property and awesome to talk with! They worked very hard, in almost 100 degrees heat, making sure that I was satisfied with everything!
Window Depot has been great to deal with from start to finish. From the sales team to the installation technicians they were all professional and on time. Extremely happy with the process overall. Window Depot was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Provia front door through them and their price was slightly cheaper that their competitors. They installed the door, sidelights, and transom in less than 4 hours. I have had a positive experience with Window Depot. We replaced all the windows in an old cottage on our church property. I was concerned when the wait time had become lengthy and they were able to schedule me in as we needed to have the place ready for rental. They communicated well, and the workmen were courteous and efficient. The windows look great.

About 4 months ago George came out and gave a suggestion that 3 other company did not. No one suggested a sliding window option! He thought it would open up the room and save me a lot of money and it sure did!
Forward to today 10/28/22, Andrew and his crew came out on time and installed the windows. Notified me of a bend in one of the handle and let me know it will be replaced. Professional and communicated throughout the installation.

They were great about keeping me informed on the status of my order, and the installation was clean and efficient. I would recommend giving them a call.

Best thing I can say is not only were they professional, they were polite and on time. The sales staff was always on time and delivered what they promised.
Oh, one more thing, the windows are energy efficient and are a great product. The best part, for the past two months since installation of the windows and siding, my electric bill went down more than 50%.

After signing the contract the office sent me emails regularly telling me the progress of ordering, manufacturing and installing our door.
The guys when they came to install the door were very professional. They worked quickly and well. One of the guys even moved a heavy bookcase back where it belonged. That kind of thing is above and beyond what the contract called for. I hadn’t even asked him to!
The crew was very nice and respectful. The quality and installation of the windows were above expectations.

Had 28 windows installed, 5 of which were specialty. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and was always quick to respond to all my questions during the entire process. He came the day the install was complete to ensure I was satisfied with the work and product.
The install team was extremely professional and kept me updated on the progress.
The windows are beautiful and are very quiet. Looking forward to seeing the decrease on the next utility bill!
It took me 9 years to replace 15 windows, and they were all replaced by Window Depot. And during those 9 years, the owners and installers have consistently shown that they value the customer and stand by their quality products. Marvelous!

We met with several companies prior to deciding on Window Depot. Our neighbor referred us to them after having great service. We were happy with the information received during our quote on window quality and the replacement process. We were also happy with the service received during our window installation - on time, professional, protected our carpet, and cleaned up when they were done.
They were very prompt, courteous and professional. They cleaned up and exceeded my expectations.
Everything was great. From the initial assessment with Frank to the installation, Window Depot did everything they said they would. The windows look great. I did a lot of comparisons on the specs and details of the ProVia Endure Windows and they perform equal to many of the (much) more expensive windows out there. We also had a ProVia door installed and we are very happy with it. The installation crew was fantastic- respectful of my home, took care not to scratch my floors, took their time and did it right. They cleaned up everything and left my home as they found it. I'm very glad we chose Window Depot. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Window Depot of Richmond replaced all of the exterior windows and doors on our home. From the get go, they were honest and straight-forward and answered all my questions patiently. While waiting for delivery of the windows and doors, they regularly gave us status updates. Additionally, I was having other work done on my home, and they took the time to discuss my house projects directly with the other vendor to make sure the projects would not interfere with each other. For the days of install themselves, the crews arrived on-time and installed the doors and windows with great care. The crews were detail-oriented and clean. They too took the time to answer all my questions (I tend to have a lot of them, haha)...they definitely went above and beyond. I would unequivocally recommend Window Depot!
We got quotes from several companies in the RVA area for our windows. We went with Window Depot and so glad we did. Once major selling point was they do their own installs and do NOT subcontract out. The office stayed in contact with us during the entire process and the install went flawless. Highly recommend.

Installation went smoothly.
We just had a dozen windows installed, including one semi-circular challenging one. They did such a great job. Careful with the interior and exterior of the home. Looks great. Perfect caulk and installation. And great product. Could not be happier. On time, communicated well. Only down side was how long it took to get windows manufactured, but that is just how things are today, not the company's fault. And they stayed in touch about progress.
