We are extremely pleased with our windows. From initial consultation, installation and follow up the team does a great job. They look fantastic and we also had a garden window put in which was a great addition to our kitchen area. We had three quotes and picked Window Depot because they employ their own staff and do not contract the work out which is something we preferred if we happen to have any issues in the future. Another factor was the prompt responses that we received with any questions or concerns that we had regarding the product and installation. Look no further you have found the right company. I would highly recommend using Windows Depot! George came out within a few days of me calling for a quote and explained everything well, Beaux always responded to my inquiries quickly, took measurements, and updated me whenever something changed or guys were on their way. Anytime I wanted an update of what was going on with the order (things took a bit with the manufacturing side because of COVID), someone would answer me promptly. Jared and Matt did an amazing job replacing my windows and getting rid of the old ones. They came early every day and were incredibly professional and accommodating. They let my dog follow them around and loved on him and left no mess behind. And not only was the actual experience wonderful, but I got 3 quotes for windows and theirs was the lowest by quite a bit. If you need new windows, you should give Windows Depot a call!

I met with 8 different contractors for Siding and Windows and Window Depot, Michael Hanley did an EXCELLENT JOB!.Michael and Robert at WD kept me informed the entire time and were there any time I had a question.Carlos and his son, Darwin, did all of the siding work. 10 days and they were great to work with!It only took Kevin and his team half a day to install 23 windows and 2.5 days to wrap all of the windows from the outside.Absolutely satisfied with the project and would HIGHLY recommend WD to anyone in the area!

We're very happy with the 27 windows installed by Window Depot last week. We had several estimates from different vendors for window replacement. Window Depot (Frank) was the first we received. The other vendors that followed never beat the value that Window Depot delivered on. Frank is very nice, extremely informative, no pressure, and just a great guy to do business with. In terms of product knowledge, only 1 company was even in the same league as Frank, but still a distant 2nd. The others were uninspiring, and hawking products far below Window Depot. As far as I can tell, Window Depot is located throughout the country, but Frank Amory owns the business in the central Virginia area, and he runs a tight ship. Our installation team (Andrew and John) were super nice, very professional (trustworthy) and did a great job. Again, all around great guys. We're very happy with everything. We highly recommend them!

Window Depot of Richmond replaced all of the exterior windows and doors on our home. From the get go, they were honest and straight-forward and answered all my questions patiently. While waiting for delivery of the windows and doors, they regularly gave us status updates. Additionally, I was having other work done on my home, and they took the time to discuss my house projects directly with the other vendor to make sure the projects would not interfere with each other. For the days of install themselves, the crews arrived on-time and installed the doors and windows with great care. The crews were detail-oriented and clean. They too took the time to answer all my questions (I tend to have a lot of them, haha)...they definitely went above and beyond. I would unequivocally recommend Window Depot!

I had a really good experience with these guys. They did a great job.I was reading some of the other reviews and most of the complaints are due to the delays in installation. That is a widespread problem right now in construction. I am really surprised the prices were as reasonable as they were because many companies have jacked up their rates to compensate for the high demand.

The 4 man crew was professional, friendly and most importantly knew what they were doing. We highly recommend window depot.

An absolute 5 Star experience from the initial Window Depot sales consultation to the actual Window Depot job . Last bay window leaked like the river Nile and the responsiveness of Window Depot was phenomenal. The new window is in! What a fine job! The crew that came out was an absolute pleasure to work with. If I had any complaint, it would be that they worked steadily until the job was complete and wouldn’t even take a break to accept hot chocolate and baked stuff. I simply can’t say enough . . . Window Depot removed all (21) of our windows and installed new custom windows in our home, and trimmed it all out with vinyl and sealant they did an excellent job very professional. Quick, on time, great prices, excellent follow through. This will be my go-to window company.

Best thing I can say is not only were they professional, they were polite and on time. The sales staff was always on time and delivered what they promised. Oh, one more thing, the windows are energy efficient and are a great product. The best part, for the past two months since installation of the windows and siding, my electric bill went down more than 50%. I would highly recommend these folks

It's refreshing to know there are companies out there that stand behind their work still, and Window Depot is one of the few. Phil came out and explained everything from the different windows to the detailed installation. When install day came around, it went just as expected, just like it should! We just had a dozen windows installed, including one semi-circular challenging one. They did such a great job. Careful with the interior and exterior of the home. Looks great. Perfect caulk and installation. And great product. Could not be happier. On time, communicated well. Only down side was how long it took to get windows manufactured, but that is just how things are today, not the company's fault. And they stayed in touch about progress.

Mike came out to the house and spent a lot of time answering our questions and making sure we got the right windows for our budget. The installation team hit some snags due to the way our original windows had been installed under the hardiplank. It was unexpected and frustrating (for them!) but they took the extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. I am so happy with my purchase and would 100% choose Window Depot again.

This is an update to my original review. We are coming up on two years since our siding was installed. Everything still looks great and despite living in a high wind area by the mountains we haven’t lost any siding. Crew did a good job and cleaned up site well.

The team called me before they came,,and they arrived on time. They did a great job of installing the door. It looks great, and it opens and closes much more smoothly than our previous door.

I had all my windows replaced almost 2 weeks ago. The workers were punctual, personable and had great communication among themselves. Since the installation my thermostat has stayed at a steady 67 degrees no matter what the temperature outside is. The window screens are blessing, the cats love them. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend Window Depot.

The sales team was very professional. They knew their product and talked about their products benefit and features. They did not talk negatively about other competitors. They make sure all of my questions were answered. During the installation, the installers were there in a timely manner and also made themselves available to answer any questions that I had. Mike was very informative and they installed triple pane windows at the price most companies were charging for double pane. In addition they had 2 people working to install the windows correctly both inside and outside.

Window Depot was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Provia front door through them and their price was slightly cheaper than their competitors. They installed the door, sidelights, and transom in less than 4 hours. Throughout the process from quote through installation and final payment, they were easy to work with, communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and kept us informed without being a pest. I did a lot of comparisons on the specs and details of the ProVia Endure Windows and they perform equal to many of the (much) more expensive windows out there. We also had a ProVia door installed and we are very happy with it. The installation crew was fantastic- respectful of my home, took care not to scratch my floors, took their time and did it right. I just bought a house in VA & all of the windows were painted over & just not functional. I called for a consultation & there was NO pressure at all; he never even brought the contract into my home until I said I wanted to move forward. I was given all prep instructions in advance & the installation was flawless. The team that came called with an ETA once they loaded up, they were on time, and FAST! When they were done, I was given clear instructions for everything, a demonstration on how everything works, and all of my warrantee information. They left the inside and outside of my house spotless. You would never even know I had work done. Y’all are amazing, thank you SO much for everything!

We received several quotes for replacement windows and Window Depot USA came in very competitively and did not attempt to upsell us. Our salesman, Phil, was knowledgeable, friendly and above all, responsive. It took a while for our windows to arrive (understandable with all of the backlogs in every market right now) and then Gene and his crew arrived to install. Took a little less than 2 days to replace 13 windows and it looked like they were never here since they cleaned up thoroughly before they left. I own an old apartment building in the Fan, so I often buy a lot of windows (slowly replacing all the old broken rope windows of this over-100-year-old building). I switched to Window Depot from their competitor (you can probably guess who) after the competitor damaged my home and was extremely rude with me on several occasions - this after spending thousands of dollars with them over the years.**Working with Window Depot was like a breath of fresh air.** Their service was great - very personable.
