The scheduling team did their best to get us in as soon as possible and the installation crew was kind, friendly and accommodating. The windows look great and we can easily see the high skill of their work. I would definitely recommend this company.

About 4 months ago George came out and gave a suggestion that 3 other company did not. No one suggested a sliding window option! He thought it would open up the room and save me a lot of money and it sure did! Forward to today 10/28/22, Andrew and his crew came out on time and installed the windows. Notified me of a bend in one of the handle and let me know it will be replaced. Professional and communicated throughout the installation. Very satisfied with the whole process!

We had our new bathroom window installed Monday by Manny and the crew. I couldn’t have asked for a better job. The guys took the time to keep the dust and debris down to a minimum. They cleaned up everything around the job and left it in imaculate condition.I had another window company that begins with a “p” and ends in “a”they were terrible I’m still having a problem with my front door installation. Do yourself a favor and go right to Window Depot and have them install your windows. They will do an outstanding job.

Good job at a great price. I went out to three companies for a quote for replacing three windows . Frank was the most professional of the three during the home visits . Laura was the most professional in follow up of all three companies. As a bonus they were also the best price . Installation was completed quickly and professionally and the new windows look great.

I had a really good experience with these guys. They did a great job.I was reading some of the other reviews and most of the complaints are due to the delays in installation. That is a widespread problem right now in construction. I am really surprised the prices were as reasonable as they were because many companies have jacked up their rates to compensate for the high demand.

We just had a dozen windows installed, including one semi-circular challenging one. They did such a great job. Careful with the interior and exterior of the home. Looks great. Perfect caulk and installation. And great product. Could not be happier. On time, communicated well. Only down side was how long it took to get windows manufactured, but that is just how things are today, not the company's fault. And they stayed in touch about progress.

After hearing favorable comments from several of our neighbors who used Window Depot for their window replacement, we included them in a list of potential vendors for total replacement of 46 windows and 2 doors in our house. Their salesperson delivered prompt and thorough bids that were price competitive. We chose WD to install Provia Endure windows. WD sent a 3 teams of installers to install our windows. They did an excellent workmanlike job, took pains to clean up after themselves, were very courteous and friendly, and finished the job in 3 1/2 days. The Provia doors were done at a separate time in one day. We couldn't be more pleased with these windows and doors. The house is much quieter, the sun is much less intense through the double UV resistant panes, the window insulation is much better and the view outside is spectacularly clear. Thanks WD for such a good job!

Wow what can I not say about this company they were on time did everything they said they were going to do and delivered a great product. We hired Window Depot to replace our windows and siding. Both teams did amazing work! They were professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Maynor (siding) and Manny (windows) were great project leads and kept us informed during both projects. Our house looks brand new! I took one star off due to the wait we had between signing the contract in October 2024 and the project being completed in March 2025.

Window Depot was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a Provia front door through them and their price was slightly cheaper than their competitors. They installed the door, sidelights, and transom in less than 4 hours. Throughout the process from quote through installation and final payment, they were easy to work with, communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and kept us informed without being a pest. We would definitely use them again!

This is an update to my original review. We are coming up on two years since our siding was installed. Everything still looks great and despite living in a high wind area by the mountains we haven’t lost any siding. Crew did a good job and cleaned up site well.

Mike came out to the house and spent a lot of time answering our questions and making sure we got the right windows for our budget. The installation team hit some snags due to the way our original windows had been installed under the hardiplank. It was unexpected and frustrating (for them!) but they took the extra time to make sure everything was done correctly. I am so happy with my purchase and would 100% choose Window Depot again.

VERY attentive and answered all of the questions I had both on install and continued care of the new windows.After they finished, we noticed an immediate difference with the lack of outside noise from the new windows and the next morning were able to feel a marked difference in temperature from sunlight pouring into a few of the rooms that get hit with the hottest sun. The crew that installed my door was on time and very polite. They replaced rotted areas around the door frame, insulated, and reinforced around the door. They put new framing around the door that looks fantastic, and they left everything neat and clean. I couldn't be happier with the door. It is very quiet in my house since the new door was put in. I wasn't expecting noise reduction. Just another added bonus.
