Get to know our fantastic in-house installers below!

Jared Bass

Jared joined our Window Depot team in January 2021 as a Lead Installer. He brings to us 20-plus years of carpentry experience including framing, trim work, and the installation of windows, doors, and siding. He is an American Window and Door Institute (AWDI) Certified Installer and an InstallationMasters® Certified Installer. He is a skilled craftsman whose main goal is to ensure that customers receive the highest-quality services that meet and exceed their expectations. When Jared isn’t hard at work, he enjoys traveling the world, playing golf, and relaxing with family and friends.

John Brown

 John began his career at Window Depot in August 2019 as an Installation Assistant and quickly demonstrated his passion and knack for carpentry. John’s natural ability and desire to constantly learn and grow as a craftsman earned him a promotion to the role of Lead Installer. John is an American Window and Door Institute (AWDI) Certified Installer and a trusted member of our team. When he’s not installing windows and doors John enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor sports. He also has several project vehicles he enjoys working on and is a motorcycle rider and lover. And above all else he helps his dad maintain their family’s cattle farm! 

Wes Coffey

Wes joined our Window Depot team in June 2021 as a Lead Installer.  He is an American Window and Door Institute (AWDI) Certified Installer and has been successfully installing windows, doors, and siding throughout Central Virginia for over 32 years! He brings this incredible resource of knowledge to our entire team and every project. When he’s not working, Wes enjoys shooting pool (and winning) at local tournaments or gardening with his wife Stacie.

Mike Loving

Mike joined our Window Depot team in September 2020 as a Lead Installer. Mike is a Certified Installer through the American Window and Door Institute (AWDI), and has 16 years of experience installing windows and doors on top of a wide range of home improvement renovations. Mike brings a keen attention to detail and a passion for craftsmanship to every installation. Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids and loves hiking trails and watching sitcoms.

Manny Moreira  

Manny, an American Window and Door Institute (AWDI) Certified Installer, joined our Window Depot team in March 2022 as a Lead Installer. Manny has been expertly installing windows and doors for at least 16 years and has been doing general carpentry work for much longer. Starting at a young age, he attended a technical school for carpentry and learned his craft from the best teacher around – his father.  Manny’s high standards and exceptional skills are evident in the many positive reviews and feedback he receives from happy customers. Outside of work, Manny enjoys playing golf, watching his favorite Boston sports teams, and spending time with his wife and three daughters. 

John “Johnny” Nuttycombe III

As an American Window and Door Institute (AWDI) Certified Installer, Johnny has been leading installation crews for Window Depot since June 2020. Johnny has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. In addition to expertly installing windows and doors for much of his career, he has extensive experience with building sunrooms, decks, and many other interior and exterior remodeling projects. Johnny is a devoted husband and proud father of two wonderful children (with one more on the way). When he’s not working, Johnny enjoys fishing, golfing and just being outdoors with his family and friends. 

Rob Oliver

Rob joined our Window Depot team in February of 2021 as a Lead Installer. He is an American Window and Door Institute (AWDI) Certified Installer and an InstallationMasters® Certified Installer. Rob is a skilled craftsman with over 30 years of construction experience in Virginia and New York doing everything from trim carpentry to building houses from the ground up. Away from work, you can find him floating on his boat along the Chesapeake, deep sea fishing, sailboat racing, or relaxing with his wife Cindy.
