Is it true that Window Depot doesn’t have salespeople on staff?
This is correct, we only employ Consultants who are there to help educate and guide you through the process. First, our Consultants ask questions to understand your needs and objectives, then they educate you on the various products and services available that will meet your needs, and finally, they help you select the most appropriate products(s) for your home and budget. We don’t use high-pressure sales tactics, gimmicks, or intimidation to coerce you into buying something that you don’t need, or at a time when you are not ready.
Does Window Depot use subcontractors or do you farm out the installation work?
Our window installers are not subcontractors…we only use in-house installers. They’re a part of our staff, they’re properly trained, they drive our trucks, and wear our shirts…but most importantly, they represent us and they make sure that your replacement windows are installed properly.
Why is it important to have on-staff installers?
Our in-house installers are employees who take pride in their work and care about the quality of your installation. We don’t cut corners. Does Window Depot offer only one brand of replacement windows?
Not at all…in fact, our customers are surprised at the amount of real choice that we offer. We have replacement windows in vinyl, composite, and wood from several different manufacturers. Plus siding options for just about every home including insulated siding that looks just like wood. We even offer interior blinds and shades for your home. At Window Depot we have options for every home and budget!
Does Window Depot offer only one brand of replacement exterior doors?
Just like our large selection of windows we also carry gorgeous replacement entry doors for your home. Front doors in many different colors and styles including decorative glass and side lights. We offer French doors, sliding patio doors, hinged patio doors, and even large multi-section sliding doors.
If I find replacement windows or replacement doors at a better price will Window Depot refund the difference?
At Window Depot we stand by our superior products, installations, and our prices. Keep in mind that a lower price from a competitor may not be a true apples-to-apples comparison. To help with this issue we offer our Fair Price Pledge to assure you that the total price of the products and services specified in our contract is the lowest price available for like quality products, workmanship, installation methods, and contractor reliability. If you receive a lower quote from a reputable window replacement contractor for comparable products and services of equal specifications within 30 days of your purchase, Window Depot will refund the difference, plus $100.
